The Sales Support Specialist is a fantastic opportunity to support our \"Emerging Advisors\" and the TD Ameritrade Sales team here at TD Ameritrade Institutional. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will serve as a critical piece to the onboarding process for new Registered Investment Advisors coming to TDA. Your focus will be on developing and managing relationships by providing exceptional operational and transitional support, as well as, provide updates and follow up communication of sales activities targeted at bringing on new advisor relationships to the TDA Institutional platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate with the Advisor Enrollment team and communicate with RIAs and Sales Vice Presidents to address any issues with advisor enrollment paperwork
- Advocate on behalf of clients in order to protect their interests and the interests of the firm
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal business partners and TD Ameritrade Institutional's advisor relationships
- Effectively analyzes situations, applying knowledge of relevant services and procedures to resolve matters
- Coordinate with various internal business partners to evaluate advisor needs and ensure accurate internal set up of advisor level information
- Develop and manage advisor and organizational projects to satisfy the consistently changing nature of business needs
- Ownership of the delivery of programs and solutions targeted towards advisor/platform implementation
- Ensure the timely delivery and accuracy of project deliverables with accountable parties
- Salesforce CRM entry
